The staff, like Ms. Kat, are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience.

The noise from road work outside can be disturbing at times.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the spacious rooms at the hotel. They were much larger than what I expected, and it was great to have a fridge and a safe in the room. the hotel was located in a key location, with many restaurants and hawker centers nearby. This made dining out and exploring the local food scene very convenient.

I was disappointed with the firmness of the bed. It reminded me of sleeping on a rock, and despite requesting an extra mattress, none was provided.
